Welcome to CoWo House! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our co-working space located at 15 Commercial Way Springboro, Ohio 45066. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership and Access
1.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
1.2 Access: Members have access to the Space 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
1.3 Membership Plans: Different membership plans are available, each with specific access rights and fees. Details are provided in your membership agreement.
1.4 Access: Upon signing up, Members receive an email from Cobot with a link to the app, KISI. Members must download the app through this link in order to connect the app to our space. This will be how members gain access to the building.
2. Use of Space
2.1 Permitted Use: The Space is to be used for lawful business purposes only. Members must not engage in any illegal activities or conduct that may disrupt other members.
2.2 Cleanliness and Maintenance: Members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and disposing of trash properly. Any damages or maintenance issues should be reported immediately.
2.3 Shared Resources: Shared resources (e.g., printers, kitchen facilities) must be used considerately. Members must adhere to any posted guidelines regarding the use of these resources. We encourage members to treat the space as their home; shutting off coffee pot, washing any used coffee mugs, turning off lights if last one in the building and turning them on if you are the first one to enter for the day.
2.4 Guests: Members may bring guests into the Space. Guests must sign in and adhere to these Terms. Members are responsible for their guests.
3. Conduct and Behavior
3.1 Professionalism: Members must maintain a professional environment. Loud noises, inappropriate behavior, and disturbances are not allowed. NO open alcohol is allowed on the property.
3.2 Respect for Others: Members must respect the privacy and property of others. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Security
4.1 Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
4.2 Security Measures: The Space is monitored by security cameras for safety purposes. Members must not tamper with security equipment.
4.3 Emergency Procedures: Members must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided.
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Payment Terms: Membership fees are due as specified in your membership agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5.2 Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except as specified in your membership agreement.
5.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership fees. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
6. Termination and Suspension
6.1 Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership by providing [notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice.
6.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership for violation of these Terms or any illegal or disruptive behavior.
6.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, members must return all keys for mailbox and desk (if applicable) and settle any outstanding fees.
7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1 Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Space.
7.2 Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Space.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the Space constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio / United States.
